It is a relatively simple job to swap your existing radiator for a heated towel rail. The old radiator needs to be removed and the plasterboard cut to expose the existing flow and return pipes.
Once the pipes are exposed they can be extended and the wall made good with new board and plaster.
After making good with plaster the wall can be painted to match existing wall and the new towel rail fixed in position.
